So Sorry...

Hello All,

Sorry it has been a trying last few days.. I went in for what was suppose to be a simple operation and well needless to say it was nothing simple.. I didn't even get to have it.. I ended up having complications and the anesthesiologist ended up cancelling my surgery.. I ended up in the hospital for blood transfusions..

So with all that I haven't been able to craft... BUT starting August 1  I should be back in business =) I have a TON of cute projects in mind and cant wait to put them together..

So please bare with me just a few more days..

Good morning all!! Here is my card for the Smeared & Smudged July Blog Hop!!

For my card I used a standard card base.. I took a 2 inch strip of decorative cardstock from the Old World mat stack by Die Cuts With a View.. The digi I chose to use for this card is from the Krash Kittenz Collection named Mae Western by KennyKdownloads (http://www.kennykdownloads.com/) My Happy Birthday is from a CTMH stamp D1187 For Every Occasion and Sexy and star are from CTMH stamp D1045 Giddy Up Alphabet.. To give it that western feel I inked the edges and  smudged over the cardstock with CTMH ink Z2108 Brown Bag...

Kitty Katastrophe Birthday Card

My latest card was made for my niece.... She has a funky side to her so this digi and card fit her well!!

On this card I used a digi stamp from KennyKdownloads titled Kitty Katastrophe, My pattern paper is from The Paper Studio.. Flower die cut is from My Creative Time titled Flower Petal Dies.. Ribbon is from my stash.. I embossed a white piece of card stock with a Cuddlebug embossing folder titled Once upon a princess.. and the ink I used is from Stampin Up! titled Concord Crush..

It has been a BUSY past few weeks... Im so bummed that I haven't had time to make anything and post it :(
So being that it is June first I'm going to try and stay on track with my crafting.. Blog challenges and so on.. The next week coming is going to be busy with my parents visiting from Hawaii and my son graduating from high school... BUT I will try my damndest to stay on top of things...

Steampunk Card

Good morning all..

Today's card is a Steampunk theme.. I am using things that I normally wouldn't use and I think the card came out VERY cute!!

To create this adorable card I used the Clockwork embossing folder from Cuddlebug.. I inked the embossed image with black & brown bag ink from CTMH.. For the die cut at the bottom of my card I used Tim Holtz Alterations On the Edge die titled Steampunk.. My metal embellishments are from Tim Holtz idea-ology Timepieces & Sprocket Gears.. My digi image is titled Miss Studio Priss from Pixie Dust Studios.. and my stamped words are from Making Memories..

Mr & Mrs Card

Today I decided to make a pretty wedding day card using 1 of my favorite colors purple.. 

My image is titled Forever from Pixie Dust Studio.. I ran a piece of blushing bride card stock from Stampin Up! through my cuddlebug using the flowers embossing folder (unsure of the name as it was a free-be with my machine) I took a piece of white card stock and edged it with concord crush ink from Stampin Up!.. My sentiment is from CTMH Acrylic Stamp set titled Love Always (D1337). The flowers and rhinestones are from my personal stash...
