Wedding Card

Today I played around with Digi Stamps.. These are going to be my all time new fave!!!

I used a Digi Stamp called Forever Love from Pixie Dust Studios... The congratulations is from the close to my heart stamp set called For Every Occasion (D1187) the pearls are from Stampin Up! (119247) and the embossing folder is from Cuttlebug however unsure of the name it came free with my machine..

Just wanted to send Happy Easter wishes to all!! 

With much going on here at the Paperteer things have fallen a tad behind :( But no worries everything should be back on track this week!!

Soul Mates Tag


Today I made a really cute tag.. Using pink and purple from the 2010-2012 ink release from Stampin Up! I took a standard white card stock and made a large scalloped tag from Sizzix.. Then took the tag and ran in through my Big Shot with a whimsical embossing template.. Took my inking sponges and inked the edges of the tag first with the pink and then with purple.. I did the same thing over the embossed image making it lift off the page..

I then took a 1 inch strip of white card stock inked the edges and the inside just like the tag.. I took some of the new matching pink card stock from Stampin Up! and made a Quickutz wedding cake.. and used a metallic silver card stock to make the cake base.. I took a purple prima flower from my stash and put a pink rhinestone in the center.. Using the same pink card stock I made the wedding dress and veil.. took standard black card stock to make the groom.. I used Hand Dyed Crinkle Ribbon (for sale in my Etsy store) to tie around my 1 inch strip and used it to tie off the top.. For my sentiment I used "Soul Mates" from a CTMH stamp set..

Happy Birthday Card

For today's card I used a standard card back.. I ran another white sheet of card stock through my Epic using the Cuddlebug cupcake embossing folder.. Then I took sponge and sponged green ink to the embossed image.. I used the "cake" die from Quickutz to make my lovely birthday cake.. For a little added sparkle I added glitter to the top..

For the inside of the card I made a banner with some extra white card stock.. Stamped Happy Birthday on it.. I also added some Quickutz balloons with some ribbon just to be festive..

Up and coming changes

Its time for spring and Phelan Crafty and I have come up with some fresh ideas!!


We plan to have "themed" days, Where each day of the week will be a different technique or project.. We will post pictures of what we made and post a list of items used so you can make the same.. Or if you prefer you can find the item for sale in our Etsy Stores..
